Exam
The combined Life and Disability exam is listed at $55.
PSI’s current Washington bulletin lists a $55 fee for the Life and Disability Producer Combo. A late cancellation, no-show, or new attempt can require another fee under PSI’s appointment policy.
Application
A first individual full-line producer license is listed at $55.
This is the Washington OIC individual-fee listing for a first-time full-line license. It is separate from PSI’s examination charge.
Background check
Resident fingerprint pricing has a stated October change.
OIC lists a $49 electronic fingerprint/background-check processing fee for resident applicants and says it increases to $52 on October 1, 2026. Apply before scheduling the fingerprint appointment. Nonresident applicants do not have this Washington fingerprint requirement.
