1. NOTARIAL ACTS SUMMARY TABLE:
- ACKNOWLEDGMENT:
* Purpose: Verify signer identity and voluntary execution
* Signature: May be signed prior to or at time of notarization
* Oath Required: NO
* Key phrase: "acknowledged before me"
- JURAT (Verification on Oath):
* Purpose: Confirm truthfulness of document contents under penalty of perjury
* Signature: MUST be signed in the physical presence of the notary

2. ACCEPTABLE IDENTIFICATION REQUIREMENTS:
