WA Booking and exam day

Make the appointment the easy part.

Use PSI’s current bulletin for your exact appointment. These are the practical details worth checking before you pay, reschedule, or arrive at a test center.

Change plans early

Reschedule at least two days ahead if you can.

PSI states that an appointment may be cancelled or rescheduled without forfeiting the fee when notice is received at least two days before the scheduled date. Its bulletin says late cancellations and missed appointments forfeit the fee.

Check-in

Bring the ID PSI accepts, exactly as it appears in your record.

PSI lists a current, unexpired government-issued photo ID such as a driver license, state ID, passport, or military ID. Check your name, appointment record, and bulletin before travel; do not rely on a photocopy or an expired credential.

During the test

Use the clock, flags, and review screen deliberately.

The bulletin says the exam presents one item at a time and allows candidates to return to and change answers before time expires. Some items may be experimental and unscored, but they still count against the time limit—treat every item as real.

Accommodation

Request it before exam day.

PSI’s bulletin explains its accommodation process. It also describes an English-as-a-second-language time extension with required supporting documentation and says examinations are not translated. Start the request well before your appointment rather than expecting an exception at check-in.
